The Conflict of Iran's Trade Bill with the General Policies of the Legislative System 2019
The Iran's Trade Bill is to be presented in five stages to the parliament. "Book of Trade Contracts" in 33 chapters and 331 articles was put on the agenda of the parliament in September 2019.
It is not a matter of being no defects in trade law 1932 but it is a matter of how to resolve these defects. This problem solving process should be gradually progressed through a series of modification or completion processes and partial implementation.
