It is clear that the lawsuit of the Economic and Financial Specialist Panel of the Administrative Court of Justice for failing to address two objections to the "Ministers Cabinet Iran Petroleum Contracts Resolution" is incomplete and needs to be completed.

In the recent lawsuit filed by the Economic and Financial Specialist Panel of the Administrative Court of Justice, despite allegations of unlawful paradigm shift of government monopoly on the investment, ownership and management of activities and enterprises dealing with the exploration and production of crude oil and gas but in the end, no assignment has been made.

In current situation of Iran, there is no previous legal solution to the "shifting of the previous paradigm of investment, ownership and management of oil resources".
