Incomplete Lawsuit Filed by the Administrative Court of Justice on IPCs Resolution (2)

The government monopoly on the investment, ownership and management of activities and enterprises dealing with the exploration and production of crude oil and gas in the "Law on Implementation of General Policies of Principle (44) of the constitution'' is failured to comply by the "Ministers Cabinet Iran Petroleum (IPCs) Contracts Resolution".

The principle of "sovereignty" over petroleum resources provided to the Ministry of Petroleum in this Law has also been violated by this resolution for recognizing the "right to manage" of a non-governmental establishment in the matter of government-owned  monopoly activities.

These two major objections to the ''Law on Implementation of General Policies of Principle (44) of the constitution'' by "Ministers Cabinet Iran Petroleum Contracts (IPCs) Resolution" have not been addressed by the Economic and Financial Specialist Panel of the Administrative Court of Justice.
